Hi, I’m Morgan one of the PTs here at Kirkby! I have a keen interest in helping others reach their endurance goals, whether it's training for an event or you just want to feel less out of breath, varying from 2km runs to marathons.
For over 4 years, I have run for the Liverpool Harriers, competing in long distance races winning national competitions. Running has always been a passion of mine and has led me too where I am today.
Although I specialize in Cardiovascular Fitness Training, I also am eager to work with clients with Strength & Conditioning, Muscular development and fat loss goals. Being consistent and committed to your training plan will help you to achieve the best possible chance of hitting your fitness goal, with my support and knowledge.
