My love for fitness started when I was 18, since then it has grown in heaps and bounds, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience during my journey. My experience doesn't just cover general fitness and well being but also strength and muscle building, I also have a passion for powerlifting and nutrition.
I am level 3 personal trainer certified for around 8 years now and have helped a lot of clients feel better about themselves and grow in confidence, also I am currently studying for my masters in all areas of nutrition, from body building to pre and post natal.
