Hello, I'm Michael,

My goal is to ensure that we can all have a healthier lifestyle and meet our fitness goals, while still considering the real-world demands we face every day. 

Fitness should not only be attainable but also sustainable. This is where I differ in my approach and give my clients flexibility whilst still being accountable. My programs are created with a realistic approach, knowing that most clients aren’t full-time professional athletes and have demanding personal and professional lives.
