I have been a Personal Trainer since 2011 and in this time I have worked in various clubs as a Personal Trainer and also Club Manager. I decided to give up club management to put my focus on the part of the job that I truly love which is Personal Training. During the time as Club Manager I continued to progress my knowledge in health and fitness and train clients to a high standard offering round the clock support with tailored nutrition and exercise programmes.
I believe Personal Training doesn’t just come from a good training session or my job is done once the 1-2-1 session is over, there is a great deal of planning, goal setting and commitment not only from the client but from myself, I offer all the support available by continuing to share my knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals.
