When I started my adventure of fitness I was anything but a picture of health. I used to be overweight and bullied throughout primary school while I was training football. Eating junk food and drinking fizzy sugary drinks regularly wasn’t the way. I realized that I needed to change something. I decided immerse myself in a new lifestyle and make changes. Since then, I never looked back.
With everything I do, my goal is to create an environment where you can thrive with your training and day to day life, feeling confident and strong. I realize how hard it is in the beginning of your journey and I want to be there to help you discover the benefits of training, which in my case helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.
