This motto "no pain, no gain'' is out of date. Fitness must bring satisfaction and energy, fitness must create a beautiful and functional body, and fitness must give you a freedom of motion. I stand for a safe and smart fitness training and I know how to set up a fitness goal for a person who comes to the gym to build a better version of themselves.
I know that any person is able to change in only 12 weeks, just think... you need only 12 weeks to change your body, to change your hobbies, become to be stronger, become to be more functional, more flexible person then you are right now, get a knowledge how to train safely and achieve goals.
Your exercise plan will not surprise you every session, but my plan for you will be based on your body need and you will learn how to perform exercises properly.
