Hi! I’m Liv. My aim is to help you become the best version of you. A version you love. I started the gym when I was 17. I was overweight, insecure and under confident in myself. This made my day to day life quite the challenge. But for the past 4 years, I have been committed to learning about my craft, and how I can benefit others.
I truly understand how daunting stepping into a gym can be, and making those small steps towards change. That’s why I want to be with you, by your side to support and encourage you. It’s the tiny changes the make the greatest results.
I believe that our physical, mental and nutritional health are the foundations on which your wellbeing is built. I want to help you smash you goals in, and out of the gym. You are so much more than the number on the scales.
