Hi, I'm Lisa! Training and fitness have formed a huge part of my life for many years, especially weightlifting and strength training. It has transformed my life and given me confidence as well as many other benefits which has led me to use my experience and qualifications to help others in gaining control of their health and fitness and transforming their body and lifestyle!

My belief is that there is a place for lifting weights in everyone’s life whatever your ability, fitness levels, age or background. Getting stronger has so many benefits!
