I'm Liam. I’m a Personal Trainer, with a particular passion for strength training, with a focus on leading a stronger lifestyle. I’m always endeavouring to further educate myself within the industry, qualifying as an ASC level 2 Strength Coach and graduating from Shredded by Science.
My enthusiasm to help others, guiding you to see those results and experience a change in mindset, health and happiness is what motivates me every day.

I have a diverse client base, each with varying goals and challenges. Through the use of weight training, my clients will enhance their strength and performance, transform their physique and build a strong body that will help them move through life easier, preventing injury.
