I am a newly qualified PT, working on my own fitness journey along the way I’m here to support you with not only your fitness journey, but also build your knowledge in nutrition. My main focus is to help those new to the gym world; my goal is to educate and build confidence. I am also wanting to help individuals who are currently in the pre-natal and post-natal stages - not only to help you lose the baby weight, but also to help widen your knowledge on what you can and can’t do during pregnancy.
