Laura Armstrong

Hey I’m Laura, I have over 10 years experience in fitness with 6 of those being CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting focused. 

I love keeping workouts varied and fun, and feeling strong without having to spend hours and hours in the gym. 

As well as your standard training sessions my specialist areas are functional fitness using a range of equipment such as sandbags, kettlebells, barbells and so much more to get you feeling stronger and fitter than you ever have before! 

 

I am also a certified Pre & Postnatal trainer, so if you are pregnant and want to know how to train safely then I can help, or if you are a new Mum wanting to get back into training then I can help you there too - being a Mum myself I know how important this time is.
