I've embraced fitness since childhood. At 14, I started Jiu-jitsu, achieving First Dan Black Belt at 19. I also played football, boxed, and wrestled. At 20, I pursued natural bodybuilding, getting a personal trainer for physical and confidence growth. Now, I'm a personal trainer myself!

I specialize in strength/muscle training and laying solid foundations for goals. Fitness fights mental health issues. I'm passionate about helping others improve daily.
