I have always been in and around sports and fitness from a young age, and I have enjoyed achieving so much from it, from training in Portugal for judo to getting capped for Scotland u19s in football. I know what it takes to perform at the highest level and how to guide you towards achieving your goals.
Having also worked with people of all ages and abilities through sports coaching and working with people from all around the world from the time I spend working in America, I know that everyone is unique and at different stages in their fitness journey.
