In the past, I have struggled with an eating disorder and poor body image, which lead me to the gym for the wrong reasons. After years of self-growth and recovery, I realized how truly amazing the human body can be when pushed correctly.
Therefore, I chose to study Nutrition, Diet & Lifestyle at University, which allowed me to understand in more depth the impact our lifestyle choices have on our physical and mental health and well-being.
My passion is now to help others create a sustainable relationship with nutrition and exercise for the right reasons. Using exercise as a means to build strength and confidence, and nutrition to fuel our bodies allows us to grow into the best versions of ourselves.
