I truly believe that feeling fit and healthy brings happiness. Therefore, we are lucky to have a body that takes us through life. A body if we love, respect and take care of, will help us to achieve our desires.
Although sport was always an important part of my life, I have not always been confident when training around stronger and looking better. I know exactly how lack of confidence may affect you physiologically. Over the last few years I have developed my passion for the gym, kickboxing and indoor climbing. The half marathon I finished without any great preparation, proved to me that nothing is impossible and everything starts and ends in our minds.
My passion for functional strength training and weight lifting inspired me. Therefore, my aim is to help others in building foundations of strength and confidence, no matter where you are starting from. I have expanded and I am still broadening my knowledge about fitness and nutrition as this is key to be a quality Personal Trainer.
