Sport, Activity, Health & Fitness has always been a passion of mine for as long as i can remember.

 

Throughout School, College & University i have competed in multiple different sports such as: Football, Tennis, Boxing & Golf to name a few- Demonstrating Knowledge & experience with a variety of training methods.

 

Having perused a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, i became more fixated on the theory side exercise alongside practical- Specializing in components such as: Nutritional, Strength & Conditioning, Physiology& Anatomy & General Population Health & Activity.
