Jude Curtis

Hey, my name is Jude and I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Type 1 Diabetic. I believe that if you want to look like an athlete, you need to train like one. Growing up I was exposed to a range of sports including county level football and rugby, which has allowed me to see what it takes to truly perform at a high level. This passion pushed me to a Bachelors Degree in Sport Coaching at university, and ultimately led to my current study in a Strength and Conditioning Science Masters degree.

 

Whether you want to wrap your head around Olympic Weightlifting or just want to have fun with your training, I promise to help you unleash your inner athlete. I’ll take modern sport science principles and fuse them with expert nutrition guidance to fast track you to you and your unique goals. 

 

I am also uniquely equipped to help those with diabetes, as when I was 14, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I will work closely with you to devise exercise and nutrition strategies to improve your management of diabetes, as it is my mission to show diabetics that their condition does not hold them back from doing amazing things.
