Josh Brame
Hi, my name is Josh.
I am a friendly and approachable Person Trainer that will help you accomplish your fitness goals.
My interest in health and fitness began at a young age when I started playing rugby. During this time, I have gained knowledge of both personal fitness and training methods specific to the sport of rugby.
With a firm grounding in personal fitness, I pursued a career in the fitness industry. I have 4 years experience as a Personal Trainer and nutritional advisor. My specialty is helping clients both male and female, re-sculpture their bodies by reducing body fat and building lean muscle.
I have worked with clients of all ages, helping them to cope with a varying number of conditions from post-natal recovery after a cesarean birth to lifestyle. All of which have been very successful in their outcomes.
