Hi I'm Joel.
My fitness journey started when I was in the military, I got into lifting weights properly while I was injured and doing my prescribed physiotherapy.
This inspired me when I became a civilian again to train as a personal trainer, I enjoy helping others feel more positive and themselves, both physically and mentally.
I believe with a 'can do' attitude and bit of hard work this helps to clear your mind and boost your confidence.
