Jess Oakes

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for a while, with a focus on helping women lose weight, gain muscle and ‘tone up’ through getting stronger and gaining confidence in the gym. I am a huge advocate of introducing weightlifting to women and watching them transform inside and out.

I’m here to show all women that weightlifting isn’t scary and isn’t ‘just for men’, that instead it is actually the key to staying lean, healthy and strong.

Working with a Personal Trainer doesn’t mean 7 days in the gym, eating salad all day and giving up eating out with family and friends. On the contrary, I can help you make fitness a part of your life that you enjoy and not one that consumes it, while still losing weight or gaining muscle.
