I have been in fitness for many years and have experience in teaching pole fitness and aerial arts, so I am often seen wondering what I can hang off next.

 

I had a hard time getting fit and understanding the changes my body went through when I had children, with society expecting me to 'bounce back' I decided that I didn't want to, but I did want to be strong and healthy. I started teaching because I felt inspired to help others achieve their goals like I did. This then created a love for all things fitness.

 

I can help you achieve your goals, whilst also making the sessions fun!

Qualifications

Level 2 Gym Instructor

Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
