Hi everyone I am Harrison!
I am the founder of HToogood Training. 
As a coach who has worked with so many clients with numerous different goals and achievements in mind I can understand completely that starting your fitness journey can be a nerve-racking experience and I am extremely passionate about helping individuals lose fat, build muscle as well as improving their mental health and overall confidence in a fun and sustainable manner. 
Due to my background in martial arts and taking on my own fitness journey I understand the challenges that you face when you set yourself a goal and I now pride myself on helping others achieve life changing results by making fitness fun, exciting and enjoyable.
