I have always been active from a young age, and my fitness background started with gymnastics and moved into dance. I have been dancing for 12 years and have three years of professional dance training. However, I moved into weight training just to keep myself fit and loved how strong it made me feel - physically and mentally.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer because I want to help others in the same way that fitness helped me - to become stronger, more confident and to keep growing into the best version of myself. As someone who struggled with self confidence issues for a long time I know how much a healthy lifestyle really can change your whole mindset, and I want to help others to do the same.
My dance experience gives me a great understanding of how the body works and moves, and I carry this into my training approaches to keep each session interesting and fun. Between dance and gymnastics, I have been stretching for most of my life, so if being able to touch your toes is your goal then I'm your girl!
