I initially gained my Personal Training qualification in 2002, however in 2007 I had a change of career and moved to a job where I was travelling and living a sedentary lifestyle. I found myself gaining a lot of weight and feeling uncomfortable. I then decided it was time for a change. I re-qualified for Personal Training in 2017. Since then I have completed my Level 4 Strength & Conditioning. I find I can relate to people who struggle daily with weight issues and who were once active and now live that sedentary lifestyle. I am very keen to help people reach their goals and live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
As your Personal Trainer, it is my priority to help you establish realistic and achievable goals and achieve them. I will endeavour to make our time together as fun, focused and informative as possible. My objective is to not only keep you motivated but also educate you in understanding the importance of combining exercise and the correct nutrition.
