I wasn’t always the fitness enthusiast I am now. Every journey has a beginning and my path started as a teenager to lose weight and gain more confidence, become happier, stronger, and healthier.
I dedicated many years to improve my knowledge of fitness. Studying and gaining a degree in Health and Exercise Science, finishing my personal training qualification, and learning along the way that the fitness path is not just about weight loss and health there are more steps and I’m here to help you navigate through them.
I have over eight years of experience with strength and conditioning and weight loss training. I competed in powerlifting and calisthenics and excelled because of my dedication to gymnastics and fitness training.
My main aim is to share my passion for exercise and create more fun, helping to improve my posture, boost confidence and inspire others to become better than yesterday.
I am now studying for my second degree, focused on osteopathy. I am learning more and more everyday to help improve my skills. I care about my clients and nothing is more important to me than helping somebody through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and stronger.
