Hi, I am really keen to provide a service that can help everybody in this gym. I am very passionate and love to play football. I train five times a week and love to keep healthy. I want to show you how to train to reach your goals as quickly as possible. 

Need motivation? Want to learn new exercises? Bored of the same routines? 

As a Personal Trainer, I measure strengths and weaknesses in fitness assessment, educate clients through correct techniques, new exercises as well as general health and nutritional advice. I also do monthly check ups where I will measure weight, body fat % and body measurements. 

I have been training for years and learnt a lot about keeping fit so if you have any questions, feel free to come speak to me or email/text me.
