I’m passionate about fitness, regularly training 5-6 times per week. I like to follow a bodybuilder approach, combining this with calisthenics and bodyweight movements.

I’m a vegetarian and show that you don’t need to eat meat to grow muscle. Being a tall, skinny teenager, I was motivated to change my body image and improve on overall aesthetics.
