As a child, I was fairly active and enjoyed exercising however as I went into my teenage years, my lifestyle changed and I was no longer interested in participating physical activity. I started to feel extremely self-conscious and developed a very negative relationship with both food and my body and I wanted to change that so made the decision to join the gym, which was one of the best decisions of my life. I soon discovered my love for the gym, for training and keeping physically active! After discovering my love for fitness, I decided to work towards a qualification as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach which enables me to help others grow their confidence and build a healthier lifestyle.
There is nothing more rewarding than helping others also discover the importance of exercise, from their physical and mental health to helping them make positive changes in their lives.
