Being a Personal Trainer isn’t about telling you what to do and how to do things, It’s a lot more than that, it's about teaching you how you can become a happier, healthier and fitter version of yourself.
Having been overweight and unhappy with my body at a young age I'm all too familiar with the associated feelings that come along with being overweight. So, here I am offering you my knowledge, advice and compassion.
I’ve made all the mistakes there are to make on my own journey, each of which has been a learning curve. As a result, I took it upon myself to ensure that no one should have to go through this and so I made the decision to educate myself and become a Personal Trainer.
During my time at University I acquired knowledge in weight loss, nutritional manipulation and strength & condition, I have the tools to help you succeed. I’ll never guarantee results, that will come down to how much you want it - what I can guarantee however; a training style that suits your preference, an enjoyable and non-restrictive diet and if you follow the plan we set, it’s highly likely that you will achieve your goals!
