Hi, I'm Ed! I'm currently taking a year out of my sport and exercise science degree to gain some professional experience.
My main interest is nutrition, which developed from my enjoyment of cooking a variety of meals that not only taste great, but also fuel my training. If eating is an area you struggle with, I'd be happy to work with you to develop a positive relationship with food to take your training to the next level.
My coaching style focuses around periodised training plans, which allow you to work toward individual goals, maximising your gains, whilst working at a high intensity, without burning out.
