Hi! My name is Devon;
I have been a successful and extremely driven Personal Trainer for just over 3 years. I am determined to aid my clients achieve their physical goals in a healthy and sustainable manner, as well as build a foundation for them to continue to better their well being and lifestyle.
Previous to training in a gym environment, I trained professionally in Ballet and Contemporary Dance. This is where my passion for fitness and physical health stemmed from. Throughout my years in training I have engaged and practised in multiple training methods, varied approaches and intense regimes in order to deliver the results required.
I have recently also qualified as a Practical Yoga Instructor and so if you prefer a more holistic approach and to focus on the mind and body; I can cater for this as well.
I intend to utilise my experience; pass on my knowledge and love for fitness by delivering a service of the highest quality. I will help individuals realise there are no limits on how much progress can be made, physically and mentally.
