Over the last couple of years, I have had the opportunity to train clients from all walks of life, which has given me the knowledge and skills to support and guide them on their journey.
I am also currently studying a BSc in Sports science with coaching. This degree has given me extensive knowledge in physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and sports psychology.
Through the knowledge and skills, I have obtained, I ensure all my clients benefit from a scientific approach to health and fitness.
My Goal as a Personal Trainer is to equip all my clients with the correct techniques, and knowledge to create realistic and achievable goals so they can live a healthier lifestyle.
