I'm Danny!

I've been in the gym industry for over 17 years now. Over this time, I have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge, especially when it comes to structured training programs and realistic diet plans. 

I take a unique approach when training clients. I like to push them to their limits and achieve the unthinkable, setting new goals each week. I'm very ambitious at what I do when it comes to Personal Training and never stop until clients goals have been achieved.  

I'm very energetic always smiling and on go. You will see me bouncing around the gym all day everyday so if you would like any help or advice or tips with anything feel free to come and grab me.
