Every athlete has a trainer, the person who helps them achieve their best, and that’s part of why I became a Personal Trainer.
I would like to believe that I am someone with a little expert knowledge who encourages you to work to the best of your ability. I have encountered some extraordinary people over my years of training and the motivation and strength of these individuals has left me with a great attitude to support, encourage and help my clients get the most from their workout.
As a Personal Trainer, I enjoy helping and coaching my clients to use the correct form when exercising and support the practical skills you can use in and outside the gym. Whatever your level of fitness, as a Personal Trainer I will help you focus on your fitness and training regime to become the best you can be.
I have a large amount of experience but not exclusively, of working with females from 25-50 who have the goal of weight loss and tone. I also offer low impact sessions designed for recovery from any injury.
