From a very young age, fitness and healthy living has been part of my everyday lifestyle, from competing in different sporting backgrounds to training to become a professional athlete. Fitness is my passion; it is and always will be part of my life.
I have been a PT for 12 years now and from working in different types of fitness environments, I know how hard and daunting it can be to start your path towards you all time goal. You wish to make changes but don’t know where to start, let me throw you a lifeline.
