Christina Harris

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started out as a lifeguard, swimming teacher, aerobic instructor. Over the years I have tried my hand at many fitness activities which I implement into the training I deliver today.

 

My passion for helping others shines through the ladies I train, seeing the smiles on their faces melts my heart.

My coaching style is adapted to every individuals needs, whether that is to lose weight gain muscle or just tone up.
