As a Personal Trainer I am here to support you in changing your life. I have worked in the industry for a number of years and spent the majority of that time self-employed, Personal Training full time. In this time, I have learned an awful lot about the best ways to get results from people of all ages, shapes and sizes, with many different goals.
I am happy to help absolutely anyone in any way I can. However, over the years I have found I get the best results with women between within the age range of 20-30, who wish to start weight training to ‘tone’ or change their body shape. Also, with men within the age range of 35-45 who wish to gain muscle and improve posture.
