Boris Pineles

Has been a professional strength and conditioning coach for the last ten years and is currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning for London Scottish RFC, having previous coached in the Women’s Premiership with Richmond WRFC and National 1 with Rosslyn Park RFC.

He has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over a decade completing over 15000hrs of 1-2-1 training.

During his time as a coach, he has worked with many different clients ranging from complete beginners to elite athletes that have gone on to pursue championship and gold medals or represent their country.

Exercise has always been at the heart of his life and has been an athlete for 27 years. Having competed in elite judo, semi-pro hockey, semi-pro rugby and the army.

His thirst for improvement and self development sees him embarking on another MSc in Sports Rehab
