After serving 12 years in the British Army, it felt like a natural progression to continue in the world of fitness to help push others to reach their goals.
My passion for fitness started at a very young age, in and outside of the gym. The feeling of achieving goals is like no other and I cannot wait to share that same feeling with you on your path to achieving your goals and setting new ones.
I believe the benefits of an active lifestyle go further than just physical improvements, that is great, however I find training to be a great method of relieving stress and managing my mental health, which gives me motivation to continue.
