Weight training is one of the most beneficial forms of training. It improves every piece of your body, From your bone density, to the ligaments and tendons that connect the bone to muscle. It works your heart, improves your circulation, burns calories and increases metabolism, but I would say the best part of weight training is not actually the physical aspect of the discipline. But the fact it will sharpen your mind, it will make you have the strongest most capable mindset which will convert into every aspect of your life.

I believe what you put into life you get out. And weight training is no different. You need to push yourself past your own limitations and use nutrition to fuel your workouts and build the body that you want and deserve.
