Having come from a sports psychology background, I work mainly to empower my clients. To move away from associating the number on the scale with success, to using fitness and exercise as a tool to accomplish achievements, obtain those goals, and give you those ‘Wins’ that you doubted were possible.
I love to help clients re-frame exercise, fitness and nutrition. Whether you’ve had a bad experience of fitness, feeling intimidated or failed attempts on your own, I am here to help change those opinions! Through building the foundations of exercise, educating you on what you need to know about health, fitness, nutrition and more I’ll help build the confidence you need to venture off into the world of fitness and exercise and find what works for you.
