My passion is to Inspire, Motivate, Educate and Support dedicated men/women
who are willing to invest in their journey of achieving Fat Loss & Physique Building,
whilst eating a sustainable diet and creating a lifestyle that suits them.

Throughout my 6 years of training experience, from losing 15kg postpartum, to regaining confidence and building my current physique, I gained the knowledge and power to understand the journey and the possible struggles that my clients are facing throughout their fat loss and physique building journey.

Alina AesthetiX it’s about improving our physiques from the inside out, and how
much this improves our quality of life. Training, Nutrition & Mindset are the key areas we’ll be focusing on improving alongside our fitness journey. Other areas I can help you improve through the practice of Low Pressure Fitness are: pelvic floor health, post-natal recovery, posture and core training. I work with committed men/women who are ready to invest themselves in the process of achieving sustainable results.
